I respect the work that developers, artists, writers, and game studios put into their creations. If something on Loot Tactics ends up using your content in a way that it shouldn’t, I genuinely want to fix it. Sometimes things slip in by mistake, and the last thing I want is to cause trouble for anyone.

Just so there’s no confusion:
Loot Tactics doesn’t own any images, logos, artwork, characters, screenshots, or in-game items from the games mentioned here.
All of that belongs fully to the original creators and publishers. I only use such material when talking about gameplay, explaining something, or referencing something that players already know.

If You Think Something Here Uses Your Copyrighted Work

If you come across something on my site that you believe is using your copyrighted material without permission, you (or someone you’ve officially allowed to act for you) can send me a DMCA Takedown Notice.

To help me locate and resolve the issue faster, please include:

  • What content belongs to you: Describe the original work. A simple explanation is fine.

  • Where it appears on my site: The exact link/URL helps more than anything.

  • How I can reach you: Your name, email, and whatever contact details you prefer.

  • A good-faith statement: That you honestly believe the material isn’t being used legally or with your permission.

  • Accuracy statement: That the info you’re sending is correct and that you’re allowed to act for the copyright owner.

  • Your signature: Digital or handwritten—either works.

What Happens After I Receive Your Notice

Once I get a complete and valid DMCA notice:

  • I’ll remove or block access to the reported content.

  • I’ll also try to notify the person who posted it (if it wasn’t me), just so they know why it was taken down.

If Something Was Removed by Mistake

If you’re the one who posted the material and you believe it was taken down unfairly or by mistake, you can send a Counter-Notice.
Just include:

  • Your signature.

  • What was removed and the link where it used to be.

  • A statement (under penalty of perjury) that you genuinely think this was a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, phone number, and a line saying you agree to legal jurisdiction in [Your Country/State].

A Quick Note About Game Content

Since this site talks about games a lot, you’ll often see things like:

  • game titles

  • characters

  • icons

  • screenshots

  • event images

  • artwork

  • in-game scenes and items

All of these belong to the studios who created them—companies like Moon Active, Scopely, and others. I only use what’s needed to explain something, guide players, or talk about the game itself. That falls under commentary, review, and informational Fair Use.
